How do you mean?  Do you mean that this specific messageboard needs a chat forum in it?  Or do you mean that activeboard generally should host more forums for chat?

If you mean the former, then you could take a look at the Off Topic Discussion forum.  It doesn't get much action, but a few more members willing to chat in there would change all that!

If you mean the latter, then you should take a look at the activeboard directory, there are plenty of forums in there, including mine.  I'm sure you can find something that tickles your... er... fancy.
