Do I have to email each member individually if I want to inform all of my members about something? I can�t find any feature mentioning an email list __________________

Good question - have tried to find similar msg myself as I want to send an e-mail to ALL members. Anyone? __________________

There's gotta be a way to export all members into i.e. Outlook? Anyone that knows how to? In general - there should be a way to send PM to all users or via e-mail (best option). __________________

The only method I've found is to cut and paste each sheet into excel, then cut and paste the email column from there into your email prog. Its a bit drawn out but it's one way around the problem, I agree an email list would be the bees knees! __________________

But that method is soooo timeconsuming. Did that myself for over 240 members in my forum. This is something that needs to be fixed by Activeboard. As my forum is growing and growing, the need to communicate via e-mail from time to time is important to me.

This together with e-mail to me as Admin when NEW members sign up. I want to get an e-mail with the login/e-mail/details the new member registered with. As Admin I want to have 100% overview of members. Today - my Gold-forum is messy as I can see the number of members growing without knowing who is the newest "team-member".

Strange why Webmaster at Activeboards cannot comment on this feature (and the mailing list).
