Problem with a 'phantom' user!

I have one 'phantom' user on my board that I can't delete.


Actually, I can delete it but next day the user shows up on the list again. I know for sure that the user is not registering again. It just shows up on the list over and over again. That particular user never logged in or left any posts. His LastAccess date is always one particular date in May when it showed up on the list for the first time. 


I also tried to put the user on 'ban' list, but again next day the user is back on the list of users!?
