Hi there...

I am working on a small project which involves using a few Primer Designing softwares to design primers which would be useful in the pathological detection of SV40 viruses.The primers have been designed from alignments of available SV40,T-antigen cDNA sequences obtained from the Genebank, nuceotide sequence databank.

I wish to interact with someone who has been working on SV40 class of viruses. I may here mention that I am also looking out for a host
laboratory which would synthesize and put my primers to a test.
