It would be really nice to have the following feature:


- user who starts a new topic(thread) will have moderator privileges for that particular topic. The user will be able to edit and/or delete posts on its own topic.


I believe that this feature will draw more users to ActiveBoard forums. The feature does not exist on any other forums on the Internet and having it here would be really, really nice. It would give more power and control to the average user and it would give an advantage to ActiveBoard against other forum providers. It would also ease up the role of regular Moderators and Administrators.

No. People could LOCK or STICKY their Topics turning SPAM into HYPER-MOD-STYLE-SPAM!

The reason no other providers do this feature is becuase its a feeble idear.


Topic starters would have control over there own topics and would edit and delete posts left, right and center if a user did not agree with them.
